VidWish exclusively provides digital video greetings. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

How Delivery Works:

Once you enter your Access Code and submit the details on our generation page, our magical AI instantly begins creating your custom video.
You can track the live progress directly on the website. Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 minutes, but may take slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.
Upon completion, a success message will appear, and the final video will be delivered via a direct download link sent to the Email address you provided.

⚠️ Important Storage Notice: We store your video on our secure servers for exactly 3 days. You must download and save the video to your personal device (phone, tablet, or computer) within this timeframe. After 3 days, the file will be permanently deleted to protect your privacy.

If you haven't received your email within 30 minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. If it's still missing, contact us at vidwisher@gmail.com.
