Refund Policy

Since VidWish provides custom-generated digital video content tailored specifically to your requests, we generally do not offer refunds once the video generation process has been completed.

Exceptions:

• If there is a technical error on our end (e.g., the video is corrupted, has no audio, or is not delivered).
• If the wrong hero was generated due to our system error.

In such cases, please contact us at vidwisher@gmail.com within 3 days of your order. We will happily regenerate your video for free or issue a full refund.
