Welcome to VidWish. By using our magical video generation service, you agree to the following terms:

Supported Languages: Our AI heroes can speak multiple languages. You can select your preferred language from the available list during the generation process.
Photo Requirements: If you choose to upload a photo, it must be strictly in a vertical 9:16 aspect ratio, clear, and feature a single person. We reserve the right to reject inputs that do not meet these technical criteria.
User Content & Privacy: You confirm that you have the right to use and upload any photos provided. We use these photos and texts solely for generating your requested video. They are never shared publicly.
Acceptable Use & Occasions: You may select standard occasions or provide custom text. We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested personalization contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Data Storage: Final generated videos are stored on our secure servers for exactly 3 days to allow you time to download them. After this period, they are permanently deleted.
Service Availability: While we strive for seamless magic, video generation times may vary depending on the load of our third-party AI services.
